so i'm feeling a little bit down today.
Been working hard for the past month on Swan Lake,
and performance were meant to start in just over a week today.
I was beginning to feel in good form and ready to get on stage,
and especially after the rather blue experience i had with Nutcracker this year,
was quite looking forward to it.
But things in the ballet world are never stable....
and here in Egypt with the current political climate its even worse.
Today we turned up at work and told that all rehearsals/performances are postponed.
We should have a meeting tomorrow to let us know a bit more....
I feel like all my hard work will have gone to waste,
and i'm not sure that i can keep up my enthusiasm for that long
not knowing when we will next actually get on the stage...
I'm so sorry to hear that. :( I really hope things turn out okay.
